Recientemente este proyecto anunció un <a href="http://screenshots.debian.net/">repositorio de capturas de pantalla</a> (screenshots) pero <em>de aplicaciones</em> contenidas dentro de su distribución GNU/Linux, para que los usuarios finalmente puedan ver cómo se verán sus paquetes de software <em>antes</em> de instalarlos.
